Introduction
Our aim is that every applicant we put forward to a client should be a
credible short list candidate. We consider not only their work experience
and skills but also assess their initiative, personal attributes and ability
to communicate and work as part of a team. Because of this, in many instances
we fill vacancies with the first candidate we submit.
A member
of our staff is a Saville and Holdsworth qualified practitioner of ability
tests and holds the British Psychological society's certificate of competence
in occupational testing. Where a vacancy is of pivotal importance to a
clients organisation we recommend the use of these tests which can be
carried out on either our or a clients premises.
