studentsOur training services have been established since the early 1980s. Over the years we have gained a reputation for a flexible, quality and customer-centred approach to training. In response to client demands, we have invested in a major expansion of our training facilities in central Bristol.

We are a WESTEC approved training centre and have collaborative links with Weston College. We are also approved by the OCR, LCCI and PITMAN awarding bodies to deliver Short Course Programmes in Secretarial and IT studies. These accreditations are a further confirmation of our professional and quality standards.

Pamela Neave is contracted with WESTEC to ensure that all persons participating on the Advanced and Foundation Modern Apprenticeship Programmes are treated in the same way as an employer is required to treat their employees by or under the provisions of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, the Race Relations Act 1975 or any associated legislation.

The Pamela Neave Employment Group is an Equal Opportunities company. It is totally committed to a policy of equal opportunities in the recruitment, selection, employment and advancement of both its staff and applicants. It aims to ensure that no applicant for employment or training is treated less favourably because of gender, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation or reasons contrary to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.

Pamela Neave is committed to implementing and continually reviewing its policy of equality of opportunity in its employment practices and employment.
